One of my realizations this 2014 is that I need to start living healthy.. So I started with some easy exercises at home, and started watching the food I eat.
Not too young, and not too old for some shaping up, right?
And since I am very inspired, I want to share some helpful exercises that you can also try at home. Let’s all strive for a healthy 2014!
**Let us start with this easy Legs-Up-The-Wall Pose (5-15 minutes):
These are two characters that, at the beginning of the season, felt somewhat alone. That caused a bond between them to form. They both have a very unique relationship with Carl that has also brought them closer. This relationship could obviously go in some interesting directions moving forward.
